• Phone call information. The phone number on this site is a tracked number. When you call, the call is routed through a call-tracking service and connected to our partner repair shop. The tracking service records call details such as the number you called from, the date, time, and duration of the call, and may record the call for quality and follow-up.
• Website usage data. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example pages viewed, approximate location (city-level), device type, and how you arrived (such as from a Google Ad). This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To prepare and provide the repair quote you requested and to contact you about it.
• To connect you with our partner repair shop so they can serve you.
• To measure and improve our advertising and this website (for example, understanding which ads lead to quote requests).

• Our partner repair shop, so they can prepare your quote and contact you.

These providers process data on our behalf and may store it on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States.

We use Google Analytics and, where advertising is running, Google Ads conversion tracking. These use cookies to help us understand site usage and ad performance. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and call records only as long as needed to provide the service, to follow up with you, and for reasonable business and reporting purposes, after which the information is deleted or de-identified.
